Violation of 16th amendment: from whatever source derived is unconstitutional because Congress does not have the authority to tax “whatever” they want. No taxation without representation! Property tax is unconstitutional because people cannot be “secure in their house” if they are threatened by “unreasonable seizure.” How do you substantiate Uncle Sam “sharing” in OUR hard worked income, when you didn’t help that person do the job? Why, because you protect us? The Gov’t is supposed to work for the people unconditionally, not the other way around. This is (mafia) exploitation. Go tax something else, but not my property or income. You work for me, but you didn’t work for that income.

18th amendment: “hereby” prohibited? Where do you come off “decreeing” prohibition.
19th amendment: needs to be amended for equal pay, etc.

Entheogen proscription violates the 14 amendment, specifically making a law to deprive people of liberty (birth right). Their wasn’t due process of law because the proscription was created without running scientific studies first/wasn’t based on scientific studies. Due process of law requires having a proper justification for creating a law. The govt might say “it’s not your birthright, because we are in control/power?” Bar religious groups from promoting politics, if they wanna keep their tax exempt status. You’re not doing what you’re supposed to be doing.
