Refund Policy

For the Ninja level, you will be automatically (renewed) charged $39 once every month (from the date you signed up) unless you cancel. There are no refunds once you’ve gained access to the content, but the website is designed so that you can cancel anytime at the “Membership Cancel” page listed in the Navigation Menu (three horizontal lines on the upper right side of the screen). The website has been tested and is working as intended. Alternatively if you’re still unsure, you can always ask Paypal to cancel your recurring subscription. You will continue to have membership for the full month, even if you cancel early.

You can have access to the content for the rest of the month even after you cancel.

If it doesn’t go through, then you will not be charged.

The reason for that is once you have access you will have the knowledge of my content, which is what I’m selling.

The plug-in is designed to stop charging money in the case where site is not in operation. In case of website down, we recommend just in case that you ask PayPal to make a stop payment (reassurance). The rights that you are entitled to.

If I have to reload a previous website backup, it may not keep your account information. Ninja, LLC will issue no [partial] refunds for subscription time lost. You may be required to re-register.

By signing up you are agreeing to a monthly automatically recurring payment. There are no refunds. All transactions are final. Service is sold as is. Cancel anytime to stop automatic recurring payments. To cancel membership, go to “membership cancel” under “membership account” in the header menu.

How can I delete my account and all the information that was collected by Ninja, LLC? Go to “Your Profile” page. Under “Delete profile/account:” enter your password and then click confirm. Caution: this will delete your account and cancel your subscription if you have one (you may continue to be charged via paypal). There will be no [partial] refunds if you do this.

In case of a breach, a previous backup of the website might need to be uploaded, where registrants may lose access to the website. There are no refunds for this. Ensure with Paypal that your subscription is at a stop-payment. The reason for this is I am a single-member LLC unable to process returns.

…The information and services may have bugs, errors, or other limitations. Ninja, LLC is not liable if site is down for whatever reason. Ninja, LLC is not liable for any failures that my website might have, and it does not constitute a refund if the site is down. Ninja, LLC will do its absolute best to get it fully operational as soon as possible…

The website monthly membership is sold as is. The cost and payment for a service from the for-profit Ninja, LLC will not be refunded or partially refunded if some of that content or service is distributed by a non-profit, another company, or a subsidiary at the same or different price.

You must cancel your subscription before deleting your profile.

Don’t worry, in reality the website is set up to perform sign up, for your content viewing. These are just scenarios. [Paypal stop-payment] only applies if there is a breach. Website has been tested and is working as expected. Designed to work exactly how its supposed to.

The whole purpose of the ability to delete your profile is to allow for a single-member LLC to be able to run and let members take control of their profile and streamlining the process. You must cancel your subscription before you delete your profile.

In case of a breach, it will not automatically cancel your recurring subscription. Paypal will continue to charge you, monthly. If their is a breach (and the website is not operable) then you have to cancel the recurring payment via paypal. This is a feature of the Paid Memberships Pro plugin.

Even if there was a breach, they can’t steal your credit card information (unless they breach Paypal). Ninja, LLC only collects a username, email address, and unique password.

The goal is to make a self autonomous website.
