To prevent your passwords from being hacked by social engineering, brute force or dictionary attack method, and keep your online accounts safe, you should notice that:

  1. Do not use the same password, security question and answer for multiple important accounts.
  2. Use a password that has at least 16 characters, use at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special symbol.
  3. Do not use the names of your families, friends or pets in your passwords.

    lennonboggs.com
  4. Do not use postcodes, house numbers, phone numbers, birthdates, ID card numbers, social security numbers, and so on in your passwords.
  5. Do not use any dictionary word in your passwords. Examples of strong passwords: ePYHc~dS*)8$+V-‘ , qzRtC{6rXN3N\RgL , zbfUMZPE6`FC%)sZ. Examples of weak passwords: qwert12345, Gbt3fC79ZmMEFUFJ, 1234567890, 987654321, nortonpassword.

    lennonboggs.com
  6. Do not use two or more similar passwords which most of their characters are same, for example, ilovefreshflowersMac, ilovefreshflowersDropBox, since if one of these passwords is stolen, then it means that all of these passwords are stolen.
  7. Do not use something that can be cloned( but you can’t change ) as your passwords, such as your fingerprints.

    lennonboggs.com
  8. Do not let your Web browsers( FireFox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, IE ) to store your passwords, since all passwords saved in Web browsers can be revealed easily.
  9. Do not log in to important accounts on the computers of others, or when connected to a public Wi-Fi hotspot, Tor, free VPN or web proxy.

    lennonboggs.com
  10. Do not send sensitive information online via unencrypted( e.g. HTTP or FTP ) connections, because messages in these connections can be sniffed with very little effort. You should use encrypted connections such as HTTPS, SFTP, FTPS, SMTPS, IPSec whenever possible.

    lennonboggs.com
  11. When travelling, you can encrypt your Internet connections before they leave your laptop, tablet, mobile phone or router. For example, you can set up a private VPN( with MS-CHAP v2 or stronger protocols ) on your own server( home computer, dedicated server or VPS ) and connect to it…

    lennonboggs.com
…Alternatively, you can set up an encrypted SSH tunnel between your router and your home computer( or a remote server of your own ) with PuTTY and connect your programs( e.g. FireFox ) to PuTTY. Then even if somebody captures your data as it is transmitted between your device( e.g. laptop, iPhone, iPad ) and your server with a packet sniffer, they’ll won’t be able to steal your data and passwords from the encrypted streaming data.

    lennonboggs.com
  12. How secure is my password? Perhaps you believe that your passwords are very strong, difficult to hack. But if a hacker has stolen your username and the MD5 hash value of your password from a company’s server, and the rainbow table of the hacker contains this MD5 hash, then your password will be cracked quickly.

    lennonboggs.com

To check the strength of your passwords and know whether they’re inside the popular rainbow tables, you can convert your passwords to MD5 hashes on a MD5 hash generator, then decrypt your passwords by submitting these hashes to an online MD5 decryption service. For instance, your password is “0123456789A”, using the brute-force method, it may take a computer almost one year to crack your password, but if you decrypt it by submitting its MD5 hash( C8E7279CD035B23BB9C0F1F954DFF5B3 ) to a MD5 decryption website, how long will it take to crack it? You can perform the test yourself.

  1. It’s recommended to change your passwords every 10 weeks.
  2. It’s recommended that you remember a few master passwords, store other passwords in a plain text file and encrypt this file with 7-Zip, GPG or a disk encryption software such as BitLocker, or manage your passwords with a password management software.

    lennonboggs.com

  5. Do not store your critical passwords in the cloud.

    lennonboggs.com
  6. Access important websites( e.g. Paypal ) from bookmarks directly, otherwise please check its domain name carefully, it’s a good idea to check the popularity of a website with Alexa toolbar to ensure that it’s not a phishing site before entering your password.

    lennonboggs.com
  7. Protect your computer with firewall and antivirus software, block all incoming connections and all unnecessary outgoing connections with the firewall. Download software from reputable sites only, and verify the MD5 / SHA1 / SHA256 checksum or GPG signature of the installation package whenever possible.

    lennonboggs.com
  8. Keep the operating systems( e.g. Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS X, iOS, Linux ) and Web browsers( e.g. FireFox, Chrome, IE, Microsoft Edge ) of your devices( e.g. Windows PC, Mac PC, iPhone, iPad, Android tablet ) up-to-date by installing the latest security update.

    lennonboggs.com
  9. If there are important files on your computer, and it can be accessed by others, check if there are hardware keyloggers( e.g. wireless keyboard sniffer ), software keyloggers and hidden cameras when you feel it’s necessary.

    lennonboggs.com
  10. If there are WIFI routers in your home, then it’s possible to know the passwords you typed( in your neighbor’s house ) by detecting the gestures of your fingers and hands, since the WIFI signal they received will change when you move your fingers and hands. You can use an on-screen keyboard to type your passwords in such cases, it would be more secure if this virtual keyboard( or soft keyboard ) changes layouts every time.

    lennonboggs.com
  11. Lock your computer and mobile phone when you leave them.

    lennonboggs.com
  14. Use at least 3 different email addresses, use the first one to receive emails from important sites and Apps, such as Paypal and Amazon, use the second one to receive emails from unimportant sites and Apps, use the third one( from a different email provider, such as Outlook and GMail ) to receive your password-reset email when the first one( e.g. Yahoo Mail ) is hacked.

    lennonboggs.com
  15. Use at least 2 differnet phone numbers, do NOT tell others the phone number which you use to receive text messages of the verification codes.
  16. Do not click the link in an email or SMS message, do not reset your passwords by clicking them, except that you know these messages are not fake.

    lennonboggs.com
  17. Do not tell your passwords to anybody in the email.
  18. It’s possible that one of the software or App you downloaded or updated has been modified by hackers, you can avoid this problem by not installing this software or App at the first time, except that it’s published to fix security holes. You can use Web based apps instead, which are more secure and portable.

    lennonboggs.com
  19. Be careful when using online paste tools and screen capture tools, do not let them to upload your passwords to the cloud.

    lennonboggs.com
  20. If you’re a webmaster, do not store the users passwords, security questions and answers as plain text in the database, you should store the salted ( SHA1, SHA256 or SHA512 )hash values of of these strings instead. It’s recommended to generate a unique random salt string for each user…

    lennonboggs.com
…In addition, it’s a good idea to log the user’s device information( e.g. OS version, screen resolution, etc. ) and save the salted hash values of them, then when he/she try to login with the correct password but his/her device information does NOT match the previous saved one, let this user to verify his/her identity by entering another verification code sent via SMS or email.

    lennonboggs.com
  21. If you are a software developer, you should publish the update package signed with a private key using GnuPG, and verify the signature of it with the public key published previously.

    lennonboggs.com
  22. To keep your online business safe, you should register a domain name of your own, and set up an email account with this domain name, then you’ll not lose your email account and all your contacts, since your can host your mail server anywhere, your email account can’t be disabled by the email provider.

    lennonboggs.com
  23. If an online shopping site only allows to make payment with credit cards, then you should use a virtual credit card instead.
  24. Close your web browser when you leave your computer, otherwise the cookies can be intercepted with a small USB device easily, making it possible to bypass two-step verification and log into your account with stolen cookies on other computers.

You do not get ownership rights to any content on the site. Yin-Yang/Jolly Roger – combined logo and Ninja, LLC site title, and “The Way” slogan are trademarks of Ninja, LLC under common law pursuant to the Lanham Act. Logo made in the combination of two public images to make a completely new image. Logo creates a completely new image with a different meaning. Logo “derived” from two public domain images. Yin-yang and Jolly Roger are in public domain and have no copyright. When combined it creates a unique image. Yin yang x jolly roger takes on a new meaning. I can use my intellectual property any which way I choose. It is intellectual property before it is anything, and I can use it however I want.

Ninja LLC is all things ninjutsu (and its relations – Taoism, zen and Nichiren Buddhism) and martial arts. Ninja Religion, Inc. non-profit is the actual physical practice. I reserve the right to display my intellectual property any avenue that I am allowed to. (whether for-profit or non-profit). I reserve the right to restructure my business/non-profit down the line, but remember this is my creation. I have created this intellectual property and the Ninja Religion…

…I’m doing my best to balance. I’m allowed to have a for-profit business that is religious. If I didn’t say the word “religion,” than it would be perfectly fine to sell a view of my intellectual property. The non-profit does not exist to support the LLC, and serves different, physical presentations. Non-profit supports physical dojo’s/places, where there is ninjutsu, zazen, and chanting, and TCM going on. Ninja, LLC supports the content and my capital ventures (listed in about page). I came up with the business first, so that is how I’m going to display my intellectual property. Where I display intellectual property. I am skilled on knowing how to keep my money separate.

Yin-Yang × Jolly Roger were adapted from public images, but when merged create a unique image with a unique meaning (ninjutsu [vs pirate]).

Each page is capable of being a separate entity. I should be able to have one website for all of my endeavors, including my business. I am the owner, so ultimately, everything falls under me. Some of the images on this website were made with artificial intelligence. You must disclose that A.I. generated content is A.I. (Dō)). Why wouldn’t I be able to trademark it? An image is an image. What’s the difference whether A.I. made it or it was drawn by hand?

My prompt, my creation. Learning from already copyrighted content to make new uncopyrighted content is not infringement, it’s inspiration (A.I.). That’s what humans do already anyways. So what if AI is learning off of other people’s work? If I learned it off the top of my head and taught it, it’s not copyright infringement. Your prompt, your creativity. AI images wouldn’t be precisely what/how they are if it weren’t for the unique artistic [inspiration inspired] prompt (and positioning in the cosmos).

The content of this website is 1st amendment protected. Freedom of speech, Sacred rights (Federalist’s papers), and Freedom of religion. Writing is an art form. Not defamation or libel. Freedom of speech and/or opinion to the best of my knowledge. The content on lennonboggs.com is opinion. Pure opinion not, an assertion of fact. The opinions expressed may or may not be accurate and are to the best of my knowledge, and may or may not be factual. Freedom of speech, not in my professional capacity. Being a licensed massage therapist doesn’t take away my rights, I can still be professional while freely expressing myself. I’m a celebrity, so it’s going to be hard for you to prove defamation/libel. Ninja, LLC does its best to convey its message without accusing anyone of anything. Its so on point that it couldn’t be libel. Broad, general accusations, not specific to any one company. What I believe about is what I talk about. This is what I think.

This is my psychotherapy journal. Protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The content on this website is protected under free speech and freedom of religion, and does not violate state or federal law. This website/business is a compilation of my freedom of religion and freedom of speech (1st amendment). There’s nothing immoral or unethical in this terms of use. This is a brain dump. This is what my brain came up with. This is what my brain created. Came out of my brain. This is what came from my mind, whether I like it, believe it, or not. I’m just writing down whatever comes to mind. This is what came out of my head, it’s not voluntary (caused by DNA [outside of my control] – see Physics page). I was born this way… This is what I perceive. Part of my [genetic] expression. No threats to myself or others. Not a danger to myself or others. Able to reasonably care for myself.

This has been my experience, this is my opinion, this is what I believe, this is what came to mind. This is what my imagination conjured up. This is just the way that I think, take what you want from it. Do so at your own risk. I grew up on gangsta rap, that is why some of my artwork/freedom of expression talks about that. They’re really just [halloween] costumes. They’re just cool pictures. It’s my artwork, I’m a model. Freedom of expression.

…Obviously it’s not one outstanding statement, there’s more to me than that. That’s why this is a genuine example of free speech. “Political Analysis” page is political speech. “Artwork” page is is political speech. There may be a disturbing true story. Not making any threats or inciting violence. The content on this website is opinion to the best of my knowledge. “My commentary:” means my opinion. Please see artwork page in the context of the political analysis page.

Ninja, LLC makes no guarantees about the accuracy of the material on this site. This website is more free speech than anything else – in it’s purest form. Political speech, free speech, and psychotherapy journal is protected speech. I came up with all of this. Talking about Chinese medicine is my religion (Taoism). Just stating a piece of my mind. Not reckless disregard for the truth, it’s truth to the best of my knowledge. Lennonboggs.com contains religious speech.

Just like a mugshot website watermarks peoples mugshot. They cant copyright because the picture was taken by the state! Ninja, LLC not to be confused with Ninja blenders by the company SharkNinja Operating LLC or Ninja motorcycles by Kawasaki Motors Corp. The difference can be told in that Ninja, LLC advertises the business name with the LLC written after Ninja, in combination with the Ninja, LLC logo. I think: Ninja kitchen appliances and Ninja Kawasaki chose their names because it was cool. They really have nothing to do with ninjas. My business does. Ninja, LLC does not sell/advertise for similar products or services (or in the same industry) as these companies. These companies that use the word ninja are in their products, not the name of their business. I came out with “the way” slogan before Uber came out with “on our way.” The definition of “way” is different. The former is a noun, the latter is a verb. “This is the way” is a line from a [Star Wars] series, not a slogan. “The Way” spoken in a Star Wars series (Obi-Wan Kenobi) is not a slogan. The two imply different meanings. Ninja, LLC is the best company in the world. “The way” culminates everything, there could be no other slogan. There’s nothing in my type of business that uses the words “the way.”

Not speaking about the Governor or Legislators of the state of Florida specifically. Not being paid for posts about elected officials of the state of Florida. “Political Analysis” page is free as it is.

Not Doing Business As lennonboggs.com. All advertisements, marketing, and site presented as Ninja, LLC. Not presenting lennonboggs.com without mentioning the name of my business, which is Ninja, LLC. lennonboggs.com is the domain which leads to, and is then presented as Ninja, LLC. lennonboggs.com is just the site/location/nexus that Ninja, LLC is at. I’m the owner. I created Ninja, LLC. That’s why I can have my domain as Lennonboggs.com. Doing business as: lennonboggs.com.

One should never mix professional acupuncture or massage therapy with sexual intent. My work on “Evolution Protocols” and “Couples Massage” do not infer/insist that massage therapy/acupuncture therapeutics/modalities should be mixed with bedroom activity. However, we have the right to privacy in our own home, and I have the right to freedom of speech. These techniques are meant for the betterment of one’s life/lives, and not to be used in a professional setting.

A big part of grappling is learning how and when to tap out. This is especially so with chokes. Choking someone out for too long can kill them. Never go full strength when training. Always do submissions slow. Ninja, LLC assumes no responsibility/liability for improper training and any death/injury that arises from it. Train under professional supervision.

It’s not illegal to be a gang leader. As long as I’m not committing a crime, I still have rights. I’m just doing the sign language to the initials of my name, who says I am throwing up gang signs anyways? Imagination, like how a rapper raps about gang [related] activity. I’m like a gangsta rapper, I’m an artist. I’m an intelligence gathering street gang. Gang stuff is just symbolic. Gang stuff has nothing to do with firearms or illegal activity. Whoever said that gang stuff has to do with firearms? Who said it’s illegal cannabis? I’m a street gang, but not a criminal gang. Legitimate intelligence gathering street gang. It’s my; “political ‘affiliation.’” Political activism page is a political “spin.” No animal was hurt in the process of making this website.

Precautions on entheogens:

Ninja, LLC makes no guarantees that you will get legal entheogens from the controlled substances act. Not telling you to use entheogens. Not telling you to break the law. Not conspiring to get anyone to break the law. Entheogens are illegal/unlawful substances, only possess entheogens if you have been granted legality. Do not possess/manufacture entheogens if you do not have a legality. Do not bring entheogens or CBD to any other country. No diversion, Not for distribution (no illegal channels), no driving or operating machinery on entheogens. Do not use the stove or oven when consuming cannabis/entheogens. Consult with a doctor before consuming entheogens.

No operating weapons or firearms while on entheogens. No alcohol with entheogens. No caffeine with alcohol. Caution with mixing caffeine and entheogens. Don’t cook or work with fire when using entheogens. Do not conceive a child with any entheogens/drugs in your system [at all], male or female. No entheogens while pregnant. No entheogens while nursing. No working while on entheogens. Don’t go into public until you know how entheogens affect you. Use cannabis/entheogens discreetly. Cannabis/entheogens is a big responsibility and very serious. No using entheogens around schools. IMPORTANT: start with microdosing long-term, set and setting, trip sitter. It’s safe to “hallucinate”, as long as you are in a safe place.

That’s part of nature. That’s part of life. Do not take threshold doses of entheogens until you test your sensitivity, and until know how entheogens affect you. Build a tolerance first. Microdose until so. Microdose first before taking a threshold amount (same day) so your body can get accustomed to the entheogen to avoid bad trips. Microdoses have different effects. Take a microdose, wait for it to kick in, then take a threshold dose. YOU determine where your mind is at, not cannabis/entheogens. You got to know when to stop the climb. Don’t develop consciousness of your high. Cannabis: the less times you take it, the more you feel it.

The more you take, the less you feel it. Cannabis: the more you blaze, the more you want to blaze. The less you blaze, the less you want to blaze. It’s ok to lose “consciousness” of yourself through entheogens once and a while, everything in a balance. Hallucinations are nothing more than the brain spanning the plane creating an image. Your high is not what the cannabis/entheogen does to you, it is how your brain reacts to the substance.

Regarding mental illness, microdosing entheogens appear to have the opposite effect as threshold doses. You have to understand what it means to be baseline before you consume entheogens. It’s all how you channel/direct your brain as you are on entheogens (intent). Tobacco is like a mild cannabis, cannabis is like a mild cubensis. It is recommended that one weigh the actual mushrooms, as opposed to simply counting them.

Exercise self-control. Entheogens are very serious and not to be taken lightly. However, that doesn’t mean there is no such thing as misuse. There is such a thing as getting too blazed/bad tripping. Know your intent. Use entheogens responsibly. It’s good to go without entheogens for a month – from time to time, to reconnect with what it is like without them. No person under the age of 25 should use entheogens. This is because the brain is still in development. Further research is needed to understand the long-term effects of entheogens on the undeveloped mind. Take extreme caution with mixing entheogens. Some entheogens like ayahuasca cannot be taken with certain prescription meds, etc. Caution with mixing entheogens.

Do not stop taking your medication without speaking to a doctor. Entheogens [have not been evaluated] by the Food & Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Entheogens should not be used as a substitute for conventional medical care. Do not take entheogens alongside any medication without consulting to your doctor first. Do your research & consult with a doctor first, I assume no responsibility. Do not use with certain supplements such as 5-HTP. Some herbs may counteract/contraindicated with entheogens. It is not outlined here. Consume them both together only at your own risk. Cannabis intensifies the effect of entheogens. Do not mix entheogens until you know how they affect you. Do so only at microdose levels (legally). Cannabis/entheogens aren’t wrongdoers, they just reflect your life. Threshold doses could cause psychosis, microdoses can potentially cure psychosis. At low doses cannabis is a stimulant, at high doses it is a sedative.

If legal, grow your own entheogens, do not contribute to the black market. Do not get entheogens on the street, as many are “fake” research chemicals. Commercial morning glory seeds are commonly treated with toxic methylmercury which serves as a preservative and a cumulative neurotoxic poison that is considered useful by some to discourage recreational use of them.

There is no legal requirement in the United States to disclose to buyers that seeds have been treated with a toxic heavy metal compound (but should be). Therapeutic use exemption TUE antidoping agency. Don’t use ayahuasca (MAOI) with certain prescriptions such as SSRI’s (Herb-drug interactions); tyramine & tryptophan are contraindicated (Cautions & Contraindications/Traditional Contraindications/18 Incompatibilities) with MAOI, talk to a doctor before you use entheogens. You have to be on a special diet. Serotonin syndrome can be FATAL.

Ayahuasca can normally cause vomiting (purge), do not lay in repose after drinking it (could cause you to choke on your own vomit). Caution with mushroom or other allergies. Caution with liver/kidney/cardiovascular/psychological problems. Always know where your spores, seeds come from (added toxic chemicals LSA seeds). Do not pick and eat wild mushrooms. Never inject any entheogen intravenously. Do not burn yourself in order to ingest entheogens. Do not use butane or hexane to make hashish.

Beware of pests on your (cannabis) plants. Pests/mold on your [cannabis/entheogenic] plants/fungi/etc. can be potentially harmful, and they should be disposed of and not used if such is the case. Not ALL entheogens may be 100% safe. Use entheogens at your own risk. Some entheogens may be toxic/carcinogenic. Caution with liver/kidney/cardiovascular/psychological problems. Cannabis can make you think on your perception of reality. Do not try to intervene. It is part of the experience. Bridge the gap between the effect of entheogens and without the effect.

If you get too high, take CBD oil sublingual. THC can increase psychosis, CBD may decrease psychosis. CBD “inhibits” THC (CYP450). Side effects of cannabis/entheogens are rare. Cannabis is “like” the medicine that like doesn’t interact with anything. Smoking cannabis might make you feel like you’re higher, but that’s just the combustion byproducts messing you up. Never smoke cannabis. Vaporizing flower/concentrate gives you a more clean effect. Check with your prescribing doctor before mixing allopathic drugs and entheogens. Full spectrum CBD oil introduces/acclimates THC into your system so you’ll be more ready for cannabis.

Always take CBD oil when using entheogens. Don’t take CBD with alcohol, as CBD has been seen to manipulate liver enzymes. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how full spectrum CBD oil affects you. CBD is the equalizer/regulator. CBD is meant to counter the negative side effects of cannabis/entheogens just like a pharmaceutical drug would be used to counter the negative side effects of another pharmaceutical drug. CBD oil taken before blazing or consuming entheogens might neutralize the unwanted side effects. CBD oil may not come without side effects. CBD may cause liver damage in some individuals. Make sure you are getting FDA approved CBD products.

Consult with a doctor before taking CBD oil. CBD/cannabis/entheogens may or may not interact with certain medications (CBD and lithium toxicity). Even the .3% THC in full spectrum CBD oil could elicit psychotic reactions in some population. If you feel you are susceptible, it is recommended that you use broad spectrum or CBD isolate.

The best practice in consuming CBD/cannabis/entheogens is start low and go slow. Some of the positive feelings from blazing that you might think are from THC are actually CBD and terpenes/flavonoids (entourage effect). Adverse effects of medical psilocybin are manageable when administered according to risk management approaches. If you have been diagnosed with or have a family history of schizophrenia, please consult with your physician before using cannabis/entheogens. Some studies (and in my personal experience) have suggested that antipsychotics such as olanzapine and haloperidol mitigate the negative side effects of cannabis use, while still retaining the euphoric state. See your psychiatrist first.

Do not use marijuana vaping “products.” They contain vitamin E acetate, a thickening agent. Vaping cannabis cartridges may cause “vaping lung” [if they have additives]. Vaping raw bud doesn’t cause EVALI because it doesn’t have the synthetic chemicals such as Vitamin E Acetate, required to cause it. Make sure you’re vaping at a low-medium heat level (between 374F and 392F). Vaping, even raw bud, could cause tracheal injury, which could lead to pathology such as cancer. Do not smoke cannabis. Smoking cannabis/entheogens creates inhalation of carcinogens such as carbon monoxide. Vaporizing flower is different from smoking. Vaping [with flower] could irritate the throat and cause esophageal cancer in the future. People with GERD may have additional trouble vaping cannabis flower/oil. (Free speech and religious practice again here) [I] used Bai he gu jin tang to stop irritation, then sha shen mai men dong to restore the lining.

Cannabis (entheogens) could cause tachycardia, which could lead to irregular heartbeats. Only get your cannabis from a licensed dispensary. Cannabis from the street/black market could have pests, metals, or laced with fentanyl. Caution with contraindications. You CAN overdose on entheogens (psychologically). When you use entheogens illicitly, it has a subconscious negative effect on your psych. When you do it legally, there is no paranoia or resentment. Part of the adverse effects of cannabis is not knowing which strain you are consuming, sativa or indica. Don’t interject your subconsciousness, just let your thoughts/feelings flow. It’s your brain’s natural way of unraveling itself.

Doing entheogens alone can have a solitary effect on the mind. I personally recommend doing them with someone and having a third person sober. When you blaze or use entheogens, never lose that small voice of reason in your head that keeps you grounded to reality. Keep entheogens, in your mind. When your body tells you it’s done blazing, then you should find the will to put it out. Plus then you save more for later.

The psychoactive properties of entheogens is just a non-remarkable, non-pathological side effect (not adverse effect). This information about entheogens is to the best of my knowledge. My report on entheogens and whether some may be safe or not, may or may not be 100% accurate. None of these cautions are intended to be exhaustive. You are responsible for doing your own research and educating yourself about each entheogen, and consulting with a doctor before using them. “How can entheogens be schedule 1 if they cause no chance for adverse effects at all, and pharmaceutical drugs be in lesser schedules, when they have a chance at serious side adverse effects?”

Always work with a psychiatrist before and while consuming entheogens. Precautionary measures not limited to what is in the terms of this website. Monitor your health with a doctor consistently while in the midst of using entheogens. Proceed at your own will/risk. Use entheogens responsibly. Exercise good behavior. Only use entheogens if you have been granted legality. [To the best of my knowledge,] that just like for humans, cannabis/cubensis is not bad for the physiology of dogs(/cats?/equine?). Check for mushroom allergy first. Do not take magic mushrooms if you have a mushroom allergy.

Do not commit a CSA crime in order to get a court date to plead your case. Prepare to appeal (30 days) if they don’t grant you legality. Consult with an attorney before speaking with federal law enforcement or attempting to purchase a firearm, legal or not. Speak to an attorney before submitting for legality, should you already own a firearm. It is [still] a felony to possess a gun by any person using unlawful drugs.

Prepare to appeal within 30 days, if they deny you. The effects of these substances are relatively unknown. Do not take until you have discussed with a doctor. Do not get entheogens on the street, as many like LSD or MDMA are “fake” research chemicals or a concoction of hazardous/unsafe drugs. Part of the reason for adverse effects in cannabis use is not knowing whether it’s sativa or indica. Don’t buy your cannabis/entheogens on the street.

Ninja, LLC is not liable/responsible for any use/misuse or adverse effects/injury/illness/death from using entheogens. Cannabis/entheogens produce psychoactive effects and may cause you to do things that hurt yourself or others, or may cause you to break the law. Ninja, LLC (and it’s owner Lennon Boggs) are not liable (indemified) for any occurrence such as this because you consumed cannabis/entheogens. Ninja, LLC or owner are not liable if you get arrested/prosecuted/convicted/incarcerated/etc. for an entheogen related crime. You must make certain that everything you do is within the bounds of the law. I am not a lawyer and this is not intended to be legal advice. Consult with an attorney.

Ninja, LLC is not responsible/liable if you lose your job or education because of entheogens. Ninja, LLC is not responsible/liable if you lose any kind of license/certification for the use of entheogens. Not giving medical advice outside of my scope of practice. No (misleading) claims of curative abilities. Entheogens have not been approved by the FDA and are not intended to cure, treat, or prevent any disease. I have the right to practice science. I am not telling you that you can practice without a license, no one should practice medicine without a license. Use entheogens at your own risk.

The content on this website is for informational & educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. See a physician. Don’t use ayahuasca with certain prescriptions such as SSRI’s, Tyramine is contraindicated with MAOI, & always talk to a doctor before you use entheogens.

Do not use entheogens unless it is federally legal for you to do so. Cannabis is biphasic. A medium dose of cannabis has been shown to lower anxiety while a higher dose shows diminishing returns in benefits and can increase anxiety. At higher doses, there is an increased potential for negative reactions. None of the material on this website is approved by the FDA or intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Severe toxicity, even death, may occur from mescaline overdose. A person who died under the influence of mescaline showed 9.7 μg/mL of mescaline in serum and 1163 μg/mL of mescaline in urine. The corresponding mescaline concentration in the liver was 70.8 μg/mg/g. Botulism causes skeletal muscle weakness due to bacterial exotoxin that irreversibly blocks the release of acetylcholine from presynaptic motor neurons.

Thirteen church members ingested peyote from a communal jar during a ceremony and 2–4 days afterward, three men developed severe clinical symptoms due to botulism. The peyote recovered from the jar containing water was analyzed by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, Botulism Laboratory, Atlanta, GA, and type B botulinum toxin was identified in the peyote cactus. Fortunately no patient died. Food-borne botulism is due to toxin produced by harmful bacteria Clostridium botulinum and such bacteria grow in anaerobic condition. Storing peyote cactus with water in a closed jar may provide such condition for bacteria to grow.

Zumwalt reported a case where a 32-year-old Native American man with history of alcohol abuse ingested peyote tea. Later he developed respiratory distress and suddenly collapsed. His antemortem blood specimen showed the presence of mescaline (0.48 μg/mL) and the concentration of mescaline in urine was 61 μg/mL. Other than a trace amount of chlordiazepoxide, no other drug or ethanol was detected in postmortem blood.

A note on qi gong deviation syndrome (zou huo mu ru):

Zazen/meditation can lead to serious mental illness, these notes on qi gong deviation syndrome are to the best of my knowledge and are not meant to be exhaustive. Consult with a mental health professional before engaging in zazen or other qi gong exercises. Ninja, LLC assumes no liability for any mental illness which may have been incurred as a result of doing meditation or qi gong.

The Buddhist or Taoist community also uses this term when referring to people who practice esoteric techniques or meditation without the proper guidance of a teacher.

Qi gong deviation (trying too hard to attain enlightenment (nirvana)/conscious of your state of mind.) Problems in meditation. It’s better to continue practice.

Your body naturally goes into zazen as you relax and meditate (sit).

Qi gong has to happen on the subconscious level. Doing it on the conscious level can lead to zou huo ru mo (qi gong deviation).

Enlightenment and Nirvana come naturally over time with practice, it’s not something that can be forced.

Getting money and acquiring a significant other are two chemistry altering events.

I’m free from Buddhist suffering and Taoist zou huo ru mo.

Life should carry on as normal, except you just sit everyday; as many times as and for as long as you can.

Understanding the nature of my nature that is qi gong deviation, I’ve really struck enlightenment and have taken one huge leap towards Nirvana. It’s like all my Buddhist suffering has eviscerated/neutralized.

About the same time that I discovered I had qi gong deviation, is the time that I was alleviated of it.

I’ve stopped trying to attain enlightenment/Nirvana.

That’s what they mean by let go/give up [all ambitions].

Don’t do conscious breathing. We can, but the body/mind was not meant to do it. Instead continue sitting and your subconscious breathing will regulate better.

Ju jitsu (“the gentle way”) will quell the unchanneled excess qi.

The ripple between Taoist meditation and Zen meditation may be the confusion behind qi gong deviation.

I went through qi gong deviation so that others wouldn’t have to, but not so that people could acquire entheogens off my work while I get rejected.

To know your true path is to know what you want in life. To attain this you must have no attachment. This is my true path.

You don’t have to constantly be focused on your dan tian, but when it matters think with it.

Zazen is an activity.

The key is not to gauge your progress in your practice, but to just sit.

True nature? There’s nothin’ to it. No paradox here.

Zen teaches to let “mind weeds” (thoughts) flow in and out of the brain, without putting any resistance. It is the same philosophy when using entheogens.

Zazen helps you come from a state of doing nothing aside from coming from a state of doing something.

I have dignity, and I have rights.

Karma tells me that at the end of suffering comes peace & prosperity.

It’s ‘trying’ to relax that causes stress.

Subtle mind

The key: do not try to attain enlightenment, period.

Just think normal, there’s nothing to it!

The human being can breathe consciously, but was not meant to breathe consciously.

Zazen is not esoteric, it’s practical.

In Zen, in whatever we do, we always come from a place of sitting.

Zazen can’t be forced.

Just be natural!

When in doubt, always go back to your center and third eye.

Meditating doesn’t mean thinking on something, it means letting the right answer come to you.

Zazen is not about reaching a somatic higher state of mind.

Do not take pity on your suffering, it is a natural part of life. Zazen will lead you on the path to the end of suffering.

Enlightenment is not some grand enlightenment. It can be as simple as little incremental progress that you make every day.

Follow what Zen curriculum teaches you about zazen. Don’t try to do it your own way. There’s a tried and true method to it.

Just remember that you’re returning to your original way of thinking.

In other words ‘don’t practice your breathing.’ Just sit, and your breathing will regulate on its own. The longer you sit for, the more time you’ll spend breathing more efficiently. After a while your qi will spread at your dan tian area on its own. Don’t force it.

I went through qi gong deviation so I could learn how to be better at my practice and advise others.

A sage does not tell his/herself that he/she is a sage.

Zazen happens on a subconscious level, not a conscious one.

Don’t make too much out of it.

There should be no effort in zazen.

If you just sit, you’re breath will regulate on its own.

Do not try to force a quiet mind. Let your thoughts flow in and out of your mind naturally.

It’s not about shutting off all consciousness, it’s about opening your consciousness for full awareness.

Wait till it happens on its own.

There is no point to zazen.

Zazen helps you take control of your emotions.

I don’t like to use the word meditation. The word meditation implies that you are doing something when, in zazen, you are in reality/actuality doing nothing.

Everything in life should come from the point of sitting.

Just add sitting to your everyday life, and nothing more.

The quietest of breathing actually comes from “not breathing,” because you’re never ‘not breathing.’

Don’t worry about “clearing your mind.”

Enlightenment is kinda like a “duh” moment.

Just know that there is nothing wrong with you.

I don’t like calling oneself a master because you’re never truly a master. You’re always making growth in that area.

Just breathe normally.

Use your mind to adjust your breathing, not your breathing to adjust your mind.

Nothing comes in, nothing comes out.

Some books argue that you should look at the ground in front of you when you sit. I disagree. You should look forward. Looking down lowers awareness, slumps your posture, and makes your mind wander. It is not the normal eye position.

Don’t be aware/conscious of your state of mind… it is a wild goose chase and defeats the purpose. It is not what Zazen is all about.

Don’t be so strict on yourself, zazen is about freeing your mind.

With zazen, you’re not doing anything special.

Breathe in from your nose and breathe out through your nose. Many sources say to breathe out through the mouth but the nose is quieter. Not to mention that the main way a human is supposed to breathe is through the nose, the mouth only when the nose is obstructed. Also the qi goes from the lungs (lungs in charge of breathing out kidneys in charge of breathing in according to TCM) to the mouth and it goes up the Ren channel. When you breathe out through the nose the qi circulates the orbit, up the Du channel (through the frontal lobe) and out the nose.

You can’t concentrate on your breathing and whatever you are doing at the same time.

You’re already in your true nature, you don’t have to think that you’re not.

You can’t control your enlightenment, you have to let it happen to you.

Nirvana is whatever you want to make it. If you’re happy with your life as it is, then you are in Nirvana. If you feel there is some room for improvement, then perhaps you have not reached it yet. Either way you should always keep a positive attitude.

“You can’t force it.” Force what??

Just know that everything is happening inside your brain (neurons firing off). Nothing to worry about.

Don’t be so psyched about enlightenment, it’s a natural part of life.

Zazen can be a double edged sword. Do it with the wrong mind set and you can be in psychological trouble, keep doing it and that will fade; leading you to tranquility.

There’s no better feeling than sitting in zazen and then chanting nam myoho renge kyo.

People can’t read minds, they only make gestures that shape the way you think.

Sometimes a neuron will go off, a thought about something, which will cause you to feel a certain way. Be wary of what that thought was as to ascertain why you feel that way, so you don’t think it’s for some other reason.

Zazen, you can forget everything you learned about it and just sit.

You can’t feel someone else’s brainwaves, it’s just you thinking that they are thinking that. It’s very intuitive and shows that you have concern for how others feel. But you can never know for sure.

You have to ask yourself, are you on your true path in life?

Zazen isn’t the practice of breathing and posture, it’s the practice of sitting.

Remember that that higher state of mind is your original mind state, and you’re just returning to it.

Do not breathe consciously, breathe subconsciously.

You don’t have to be completely relaxed, you just have to be sitting.

Focusing your qi on your dan tian is actually a lesser state of mind because the highest state of mind is no state of mind.

Zazen is a Japanese custom, not just a religion. Not just a practice.

Zazen/meditation can cause hyper-awareness.

The harder you try to attain enlightenment, the further you become from it.

You can’t expect to be a zen master in the beginning.

Let your thoughts flow, don’t try to quite your mind. It doesn’t matter if your mind is quite or not.

Just exist.

I refute the notion that you have to manipulate qi in the body such as ren 4 (dan tian). That creates obstacles to becoming whole. Being whole is tour true nature.

Practice to be still when sitting.

I like to place my hands in lotus (half lotus/full lotus) position the same way as I do when I sit in seiza. Hands on thighs with fingers pointed inwards.

Just sitting; and that is literally all you are doing.

You can’t do anything until you’ve done nothing.

There’s no ideology behind zazen, it’s just an activity, the activity of no activity.

You should be sober when doing zazen and chanting, unless you’re running metaphysics.

Sitting on the floor is the most fundamental (basic) thing that a human can do. It brings you back to your core/center (grounded).

If you think, just let your thoughts flow, no need to follow them, nor repudiate them.

Zazen is traditional sitting.

Zazen is to better yourself, chanting is to better your circumstance (outer surroundings).

Even keeled.

Your true nature is your true self.

We do zazen and chanting 2-3x a day not because it’s regimental, but because it keeps you in a simple, quit-minded way of life.

Controlling your breathing will drive you insane.

Sitting is not for any other purpose other than just sitting.

You can’t change your breathing if your body is not conjunctively ready for it.

Zazen does something to your genealogy that is akin to a Buddha.

Just sitting is what gets your body into promoting homeostasis.

All we can do is sit back and watch all the benefit in life from a third person POV. If you get to greedy in all the benefit, then if and when suffering happens, it will be harder to deal with it. Stay centered.

The point of zazen is to sit and wait for the next thing you have to do.

Be very patient when improving your posture in zazen.

Break yourself down to the bare minimum in life zazen and chanting nam-myoho-renge-kyo. Life should revolve around these practices.

“Meditate on it” doesn’t mean to meditate on something, it means to sit and wait for the right answer to come to you, or to wait for the time to make a decision.

There’s no such thing as meditation, only just sitting.

You can open your mind up to the world more when you focus it less on unproductive things.

Zazen keeps your brain active and aware.

A Buddha is not some fat bald guy sitting in zazen.

Slow down your life by doing zazen and chanting nam myoho renge kyo at least two times a day.

There’s no such thing as zazen, when you’re sitting you’re sitting.

If nothing else, at minimum, do zazen and chant nam myoho renge kyo everyday, preferably twice a day.

How can you “just sit” if you are worried about regulating your breathing and fixing your posture. It will come on its own. It takes many years to get good at zen, then you realize, what the heck am I even talking about… “I’m just sitting, big deal!”

Preoccupations not relevant to the TCM Ninjutsu regimen take away focus from your practice in zazen.

If I didn’t go through qi gong deviation, then I wouldn’t have written a note on qi gong deviation, to help prevent people from having it.

Writing “a note on qi gong deviation” has actually helped me get through qi gong deviation.

The longer you sit for, the simpler your life becomes.

Zen is thought of as this transcendental tranquility, but all it really means is just to sit.

I would even go so far as to say that zen is not even about enlightenment, but about sitting to simplify your life.

Zazen is the least amount of effort you can do in any activity.

Zen, Buddhahood, nirvana, enlightenment – it’s nothing special.

Any way that you breathe consciously or consciously think about your dan tian, you’re intent will be to “try” to attain enlightenment (creating a barrier from actually attaining enlightenment.) It cannot be done otherwise. That’s why you avoid that. It will happen naturally on its own through many years of practice.

Enlightened means to take life easier.

Enlightenment is when there is no such thing as enlightenment.

Distractions are attachments.

The greatest attachment that hinders people from attaining enlightenment is sex. Only can you live without it, can you live with it.

Enlightenment is like what it was like before you started practicing zen.

Ninjutsu is ‘the way’ to peace in the mind.

Zazen leads you to sagehood, chanting nam myoho renge kyo leads you more to good fortune and happiness.

Buddhism is not a state of mind, it’s a way of life.

Doing zazen with someone else can help you steer clear of qi gong deviation.

Zen gives you more understanding of the mind, Nichiren Buddhism gives you more understanding of the heart.

You have to be completely self-aware while being completely not self-aware.

Zazen changes your perspective. You’re not going to think the same way that a person who doesn’t do zazen would.

There’s no end goal to achieve in zazen, just a continuous practice for incremental development.

Just sit, be still, and don’t try.

Don’t premeditate while you “meditate.” Be aware of the moment so you could be your sharpest to encounter daily life.

Trying to attain a higher state of mind is not the purpose of zazen. There is no such thing as different/separate states of mind when it comes to zazen.

Let your mind weeds (thoughts) pass through your mind uninterrupted.

To be a Buddha is to be highly cognizant.

There is nothing to be gained by doing zazen. That is the whole point!

You don’t have to try to get to your true nature, you’re already in your true nature.

Everything comes from that place of sitting.

Zazen is no big deal.

When you put your body in the correct position (shikantaza), it automatically starts return to its original state (homeostasis).

Keep the mind and body open, not closed.

If you don’t sit in zazen then you are more likely to be susceptible to deception.

What’s the big deal with enlightenment and Buddhahood? Just sit, chant, study, live, and enjoy your life.

Not breathing consciously is breathing so slow that it’s like not breathing at all.

It’s not natural to breathe consciously.

Doing sansho is better than not doing anything, but doing gongyo puts out patience and discipline.

Zazen is an intellectual practice.

Every time I sit, I gain enlightenment about my practice. But if you didn’t practice then you wouldn’t need to gain enlightenment about it.

Breathe through it.

Know your true path in life.

Taking deep breaths resets your body and mind.

Gosho introduction: Enlightenment is not a mystical or transcendental state. Rather it is a condition in which one enjoys the highest wisdom, vitality, good fortune, confidence, and other positive qualities, and in which one finds fulfillment in one’s daily activities, and come to understand one’s purpose in being alive.

Qi (or chi). But don’t get confused, the chi in Tai Chi is not qi. It’s actually tai ji, which means supreme fist.

You cannot force enlightenment. You cannot even assist or facilitate it.

Concentrated vs unconcentrated meditation. There is no such thing as concentrated meditation, it is a mind weed. Just sit.

The path, the path is the way.

I recommend du20 crown Chakra in qi gong zazen before ren 4 dan tian.

Breathing doesn’t mean you’re stressing, it means you’re destressing.

When you sit, you can see your life clearly.

Your dan tian (core) is the center of gravity. It helps where gravity doesn’t affect you as much.

Attaining enlightenment is not such a big deal.

“You are already enlightened, unless you think you are not.” – Rob Schneider show

There’s no difference between a Buddha and an ordinary person.

Enlightenment is different for everyone.

There is no such thing as a higher state of mind, just a higher state of intellect.

Zazen brings you anti-deception/logic.

Dan tian/dan tien is something everybody can think about/fall back on.

Qi gong should never replace being present in the moment.

Start with focusing on du20 and the rest will follow.

It just so happens that Zen is the same as sitting on the ground, not the other way around.

The “state of mind” doesn’t matter.

Opening up a chakra, or moving qi along the channel, is releasing tension.

Zazen increases self-awareness.

Zazen, that’s why monastaries are built on mountains. Higher brain capacity.

Zazen organizes your life.

Zazen: there’s nothing to it and it requires zero effort.

The fact that the Buddha had attained enlightenment countless kalpas ago means that you don’t have to do anything, you’re already enlightened.

Zazen and TCM restore the bodies’ natural balance.

Zazen shows you “the way.”

Consciousness of your brain is our true nature.

Don’t try.

Don’t chase your state of mind/emotions.

You don’t have to change your breathing while you sit, sitting changes your breathing on its own.

Sitting on the floor doing absolutely nothing. That’s zen.

Don’t think with your heart or genitals, think with your brain, your dan tien.

Thinking with your heart or your genitals only leads you to the wrong path (tao) in life.

The problem with the cosmic mudra is your hands keep sliding down. So you put them closer to your legs and your trapezius drops forward (not anatomical position).

Water does not discern whether something is good or bad, or even whether something is pleasure or pain.

Zazen gives you solitude.

Thinking with your heart or genitals only leads you down the wrong path in life. Think with your center.

Zazen helps you be more aware of what you are doing.

The more times and longer you sit, the better you get, the more you comprehend/understand about life.

Looking forward during zazen promotes awareness of your surroundings.

Zazen gives you intellectual enlightenment, chanting gives you spiritual enlightenment.

Zazen and/or chanting takes you off autopilot.

Posture will happen on its own too.

Detach from past emotions and be still minded.

Zazen is for when you have nothing to do, or something to wait for, but it brings you back to yourself.

I’m realized, I’m actualized.

Everybody’s experience with zazen is unique.

I do zazen, so sex doesn’t interfere with my true path in life.

Everything that is not self-cultivative is a distraction.

Tucking your butt has its uses in standing meditation, but I ultimately think your posture should be anatomical position.

Enlightenment is taking the I out of your consciousness.

Samurai deal with honor. Shinobi/kunoichi deal in deception, dirt, and other non-honorable forms. Shinobi/kunoichi *don’t do hara-kiri*.

Zazen quiets your life.

Your shoulders are supposed to be back chest expanded, not in slumped over cosmic mudra.

Those without a seeking spirit are already enlightened. Those with a seeking spirit are chasing the wind.

You can even do seiza hand postures in standing meditation

More self awareness equals better thinking/cognition.

Happiness is in the eye of the beholder.

Practice just to practice.

Be mindful(ness).

Cosmic mudra you have to hold your hands in place (dan tien), tensing your shoulders.

Those who speak do not know, those who know do not speak. – Lao Tzu

There is no “letting mind weeds flow,” you do whatever you want with your brain!

Zazen, there’s nothing to it!

Taoism/TCM/zazen/nam myoho renge kyo/entheogens were advanced back then, they’re advanced now.

Zou huo ru mo:

Zou huo ru mo – Qi gong deviation: a part of my religion (within zazen), 1st amendment protected. My qi gong deviation is protected by my freedom of religion. Chinese medicine “differentiation of syndromes” (Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion 4e by Cheng Xinnong). In my religion, it is a heart disharmony called phlegm fire harassing the heart; addressed by pericardium-5 and heart-7 acupuncture points. Denying me my freedom of religion because of my ADA protected status is a violation of my religion on top of a violation of my religion, and is discrimination. Qi gong deviation is a Taoist affliction.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zou_huo_ru_mo:

Within the qigong community, Zou huo ru mo is believed to be caused by improper practice:

  • Inexperienced or unqualified instructor
  • Incorrect instructions
  • Impatience
  • Becoming frightened, irritated, confused, or suspicious during the course of qigong practice
  • Inappropriate focus, interpreted as “inappropriate channeling of qi (life energy).”

Trying too hard to attain enlightenment.

Clinical treatments can involve psychological counseling, expert guidance of practice, acupuncture, massage, “external qi” treatments, and symptomatic correction.

“Especially vulnerable are individuals who become overly involved in the practice.” DSM-IV

“Volitionally induced experiences of depersonalization/derealization can be part of meditative practices that are prevalent in many religions and cultures and should not be diagnosed as a disorder.” DSM-V

Recreational cannabis/entheogens in states where it’s legal don’t discriminate.

Clinical sub-type high intelligence

Chinese medicine syndromes are afflictions, not diseases.

Qi gong deviation is an ailment particular only to the Taoist/Buddhist religions.

Zou huo mu ro also means “gone down the rabbit hole”.

In my religion (Taoism – Chinese medicine) it’s called “mania, ascending to high places and singing, inappropriate laughter, and talking to ghosts.” All very curable with Chinese medicine treatment.

I have no pathology, only TCM patterns (Phlegm misting the mind), which have been treated with acupressure and full spectrum CBD oil.

Mania in TCM: CBD oil oral tincture + microdosing xiaojun + microdosing mafen + press auriculotherapy on omega II, anger, psychotherapy (resonance with Haloperidol), and shen men

The main thing that CBD oil has helped me with is my zazen (qi gong deviation). I can now resume practice.

I do something that rarely anyone else does (zazen). Of course I’m going to think differently; it just took me some time to adjust to that.

Microdosing does not give psychotic symptoms, paranoia, or anxiety. There are no studies that prove otherwise. It is logical to assume that since microdosing is medically efficacious in treating every single other mental health disorder, it could also treat manic disorders. In fact, there have been studies that have shown that microdosing entheogens can be promising in the treatment of schizophrenia.

Microdosing [cubensis] may very well be a cure for schizophrenia. Oriental medicine is.

Unlike what the allopathic community says, any problem that I have can be cured with Oriental medicine, including microdosing entheogens.

Theory: it is the illegality that creates the paranoia and/or psychosis in Cannabis. The studies didn’t take that into account and are therefore nullified.

The studies also didn’t show if the cannabis was indica or sativa. Not knowing can contribute to the confusion.

When you use entheogens illicitly, it has a subconscious negative effect on your psych. When you do it legally, there is no paranoia or resentment.

I have determined that the one and only reason that people get paranoia and psychotic symptoms due to cannabis/entheogens is because it’s illegal.

One thing cannabis/entheogen illegality causes is paranoia of people who aren’t blazed “catching” you.

Cannabis is so nonchalant, that no one should feel paranoia/anxiety blazing it.

Therapeutic doses are different for every mentality. Even if that dose is a microdose, it’ll still be therapeutic.

Cannabis/entheogens heal mental illness.

Cannabis/entheogens helps you process your trauma/thoughts.

Bottom line: I will use entheogens responsibly. What is meant by that specifically is that I will only microdose [initially] until my qi gong deviation is fully cured (it is, already, because of “a note on qi gong deviation”). Only once I know how entheogens affect me and my body has developed a physiological and chemical tolerance to entheogens that I will experience a slightly higher dose for metaphysics or intellectual enhancement. I can faithfully execute entheogens.

[I’m] way to intelligent to do anything violent.

My logic has only gotten better to know the difference between what is real and what is not.

Just like believing that chanting nam myoho renge kyo will bring me benefit/fortune, believing that Chinese medicine will (has) cured qi gong deviation is my religion. They both are deep rooted in ancient history.

If I didn’t go through qi gong deviation, then I wouldn’t have written a note on qi gong deviation, to help prevent people from having it.

I’m self-taught, that’s why I had to go through qi gong deviation.

Writing “a note on qi gong deviation” has actually helped me get through qi gong deviation.

Now I only get serenity out of zazen.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nirvana_(Buddhism):
Vimoksha [解脱] (Skt; Jpn gedatsu ). Emancipation, release, or liberation. The Sanskrit words vimukti, mukti, and moksha also have the same meaning. Vimoksha means release from the bonds of earthly desires, delusion, suffering, and transmigration. While Buddhism sets forth various kinds and stages of emancipation, or enlightenment, the supreme emancipation is nirvana, a state of perfect quietude, freedom, and deliverance.”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Path_to_Nirvana:
The Buddha said: “One who is willing to attain Nirvana, has to understand Four Noble Truths. These Noble Truths are the key to attain Nirvana, without proper understanding of Suffering, Cause of Suffering, Relief of Suffering and the way to end Suffering, These are the four Noble Truths.”

The Ten Worlds of Buddhism: The states from Hell to Bodhisattva are collectively termed the nine worlds. This expression is often used in contrast to the tenth world, the enlightened state of Buddhahood.

The ideogram bu (in Budo) also means to cease the struggle. In Budo the point is not only to compete, but to find peace and mastery of the self.

It is my religion to suffer first, then attain Nirvana (end of suffering) later. It’s better to continue practice.

Need to test if microdosing xiaojun treats phlegm misting the mind.

My terms of use basically say you can’t sue me for anything as a result of using/viewing my website, and, that:

The plug-in is designed to stop charging money in the case where site is not in operation. In case of website down, we recommend just in case that you ask PayPal to make a stop payment. Only in the case where you are charged WHILE the website is “down”, or you sign up & pay but the site is broken and you cannot access the content – only then, will a refund be issued. The rights that you are entitled to.

This website contains subject matter that may be disturbing/offending to some readers. Viewer discretion is advised. Intended for mature audiences. Do not try this at home. If you have an emergency, please dial 911 on your phone. If you do not agree with these terms, then do not proceed to gain access through the paid membership/subscription. Pay with Paypal. All payments/transactions are processed through the security of the PayPal website. Lennonboggs.com can be used the complete month that you paid for, even if you cancel early. Everything on this website is totally legal and ethical.

Premium content. Competitive pricing. No viruses/malware from lennonboggs.com. Outside links have been checked and have not led to viruses/malware in my experience, however, no warranties or guarantees that they don’t have viruses/malware. SSL Certificate means your transactions are secure. Information entered on a page is encrypted. I need to make money, and this is the best way I know how – to brain dump (of all my thoughts) everything I have on the internet. My startup is modest. Ninja, LLC is one of the only honest companies left. I want your business. This is my research. Support my work. Thank you! Thank you for viewing my website and subscribing. Thank you for your support! By signing up, you affirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. Enjoy responsibly.

Refund Policy

For the Ninja level, you will be automatically (renewed) charged $39 once every month (from the date you signed up) unless you cancel. There are no refunds once you’ve gained access to the content, but the website is designed so that you can cancel anytime at the “Membership Cancel” page listed in the Navigation Menu (three horizontal lines on the upper right side of the screen). The website has been tested and is working as intended. Alternatively if you’re still unsure, you can always ask Paypal to cancel your recurring subscription. You will continue to have membership for the full month, even if you cancel early.

You can have access to the content for the rest of the month even after you cancel.

If it doesn’t go through, then you will not be charged.

The reason for that is once you have access you will have the knowledge of my content, which is what I’m selling.

The plug-in is designed to stop charging money in the case where site is not in operation. In case of website down, we recommend just in case that you ask PayPal to make a stop payment (reassurance). The rights that you are entitled to.

If I have to reload a previous website backup, it may not keep your account information. Ninja, LLC will issue no [partial] refunds for subscription time lost. You may be required to re-register.

By signing up you are agreeing to a monthly automatically recurring payment. There are no refunds. All transactions are final. Service is sold as is. Cancel anytime to stop automatic recurring payments. To cancel membership, go to “membership cancel” under “membership account” in the header menu.

How can I delete my account and all the information that was collected by Ninja, LLC? Go to “Your Profile” page. Under “Delete profile/account:” enter your password and then click confirm. Caution: this will delete your account and cancel your subscription if you have one (you may continue to be charged via paypal). There will be no [partial] refunds if you do this.

In case of a breach, a previous backup of the website might need to be uploaded, where registrants may lose access to the website. There are no refunds for this. Ensure with Paypal that your subscription is at a stop-payment. The reason for this is I am a single-member LLC unable to process returns.

…The information and services may have bugs, errors, or other limitations. Ninja, LLC is not liable if site is down for whatever reason. Ninja, LLC is not liable for any failures that my website might have, and it does not constitute a refund if the site is down. Ninja, LLC will do its absolute best to get it fully operational as soon as possible…

The website monthly membership is sold as is. The cost and payment for a service from the for-profit Ninja, LLC will not be refunded or partially refunded if some of that content or service is distributed by a non-profit, another company, or a subsidiary at the same or different price.

You must cancel your subscription before deleting your profile.

Don’t worry, in reality the website is set up to perform sign up, for your content viewing. These are just scenarios. [Paypal stop-payment] only applies if there is a breach. Website has been tested and is working as expected. Designed to work exactly how its supposed to.

The whole purpose of the ability to delete your profile is to allow for a single-member LLC to be able to run and let members take control of their profile and streamlining the process. You must cancel your subscription before you delete your profile.

In case of a breach, it will not automatically cancel your recurring subscription. Paypal will continue to charge you, monthly. If their is a breach (and the website is not operable) then you have to cancel the recurring payment via paypal. This is a feature of the Paid Memberships Pro plugin.

Cancel automatic payment profile/setup on Paypal

I’m a real person, not a bot.

Make sure you create a paypal account, don’t check out as a guest.

This is for indemnification purposes.

You must cancel your subscription via LennonBoggs.com or through PayPal, before you delete your profile.

Clearly my site is real, and not some kind of malware.

Rest assure you will recieve the content when you subscibe.

This is in an effort to make the site totally autonomous. You as the subscriber is totally in control of your account.

It is your responsibility to write down the day & month that you subscribed, so that you know what day you will be charged.

Subscribing to the website is as safe as I can make it.

Totally safe (to the best of my ability) and legit.

Even if there was a breach, they can’t steal your credit card information (unless they breach Paypal). Ninja, LLC only collects a username, email address, and unique password.

The goal is to make a self autonomous website.

Make sure you write down your passwords on paper.

You will be impressed with how remarkable the website works!
